Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a senior leader for its Value Engineering and Component Engineering Center of Excellence in Monterrey. The role leads the Americas VE/CE team, delivering annual targets and expanding product margins within a global industrial framework.

The position focuses on cross-functional collaboration, data-driven process improvements, and coaching engineers to drive efficiency across design to delivery processes in a high-performance environment.

Formación

• Engineering degree required with 10+ years in VE/CE projects.
• Solid knowledge of PMC and/or HGAS product portfolio.
• Experience in a large global industrial organization.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Americas VE/CE team process engineering team.
• Deliver yearly targets for VE and CE for the GBE.
• Lead end-to-end process improvements from design to delivery.
