Honeywell Technologies seeks an experienced VE/CE leader to guide a cross-functional Americas team, delivering productivity gains and product quality improvements. The role blends engineering leadership with strategic initiative execution across multiple SBGs, excluding AERO.

You will mentor engineers and managers, drive process improvements, and leverage hardware and software know-how to optimize product development and margins in a global matrix.

Formación

• Engineering degree (Bachelor /Master) required.
• 10+ years' experience managing, ideating and executing Value Engineering and Component Engineering projects.
• Solid knowledge on PMC and / or HGAS product portfolio.
• Experience in an industrial environment of large global organization.
• Exceptional Change, Process, Data and Analytics Skills.
• Solid knowledge of product and process technologies or broad knowledge of multiple processes and systems.
• Experience in Hardware as well as Software.
• 10+ years of experience in any Honeywell relevance (HBT, SPS, AERO, HPS).
• DFSS Green Belt is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Americas VE/CE Team.
• Deliver yearly targets for Value Engineering and Component Engineering for the GBE.
• Design and maintain common best practices and capable tools for the entire team.
• Establish and maintain business relationships with stakeholders.
• Propose cross functional and business alignment with Engineering, Sourcing and Offering Management.
• Lead large cross functional and business teams on strategic initiatives.
• Drive change and maturity across processes.
• Develop training plans for the TRR and People Competency Development.
