MongoDB Technical Services Engineers leverage deep MongoDB expertise to advise customers and resolve complex system issues. The role spans architecture, performance, recovery, security, and automation tooling, with mentoring responsibilities for new engineers.

Based in Mexico City, you’ll join a hybrid team and work with large customers, driving knowledge sharing and rapid resolution of production problems across the MongoDB ecosystem.

Formación

• Experience with Linux performance, memory management, I/O tuning, and security.
• Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS).
• Storage engineering experience with NAS/SAN/SSD and multi-pathing.
• Experience building and maintaining complex mission-critical production databases.
• Ability to read code and script in one or more languages (Java, Python, C/C++, JavaScript).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Advise customers and solve complex MongoDB problems across architecture, performance, recovery, security.
• Work with Atlas/Cloud Manager and related services to support customers at scale.
• Mentor and ramp new team members and contribute to knowledge on new product lines.
• Collaborate with product management and development to advocate for customer needs.
