Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum five years practical experience running a technical support team or organization.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve performance issues across multiple technical layers.
Advise on design and architecture including data replication and global distribution.
Own complex customer investigations involving AI applications and workflows.
Lead regional teamwork to improve support processes and tooling.
Develop knowledge articles, diagnostic scripts and runbooks.
