Job summary

NirYu seeks an experienced SEO specialist to drive technical and on-page optimization for client websites, conducting audits and improving site structures for better crawlability and local visibility.

You will craft keyword strategies, write SEO-focused content briefs, analyze SERPs with tools like SEMrush and Screaming Frog, and deliver client-ready reports. Collaboration with content teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years SEO experience preferred
• Strong technical and on-page SEO knowledge.
• Experience with Google Search Console and GA4.
• Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or comparable SEO tools.
• Understanding of schema/structured data.
• Understanding of site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and internal linking.
• Strong keyword research and search intent skills.
• Experience creating SEO audits and client-facing reports.
• Experience developing SEO content briefs.
• Familiarity with local SEO is a plus.
• Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, or other CMS is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI search, LLM optimization, GEO, and AI Overviews is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Technical & On-Page SEO audits for client websites.
• Analyze site architecture, crawlability, indexation, internal linking, redirects, metadata, structured data/schema, and page speed.
• Review title tags, meta descriptions, headers, URLs, and content structure.
• Identify technical issues and prioritize recommendations by impact and effort.
• Evaluate website architecture and suggest accessibility & UX improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing pages, not just new content.
• Understand local SEO fundamentals and location-based optimization.
• Develop keyword strategies and topic ideas.
• Create actionable SEO recommendations for sites and pages.
• Stay current with Google and other search engines' ranking changes.
• Produce client-friendly SEO reports and audits.
• Collaborate with content teams to embed SEO in content development.
• Understand AI-driven search trends and GEO concepts.
