A leading recruiting agency in Mexico is seeking a full-time recruiter to manage candidate pipelines in tech and finance. Ideal for those with a passion for talent acquisition and a collaborative spirit. You'll leverage various sourcing methods including LinkedIn Recruiter to meet hiring goals. Candidates should be motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with compensation including commission and medical coverage.

Formación

• Experience in recruiting, preferably in tech or finance/accounting.
• Familiarity with Boolean searches and creative sourcing methods.
• Consistently meet or exceed sourcing metrics (qualified, high-quality submissions), and contribute directly to team hiring goals!
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and creative sourcing methods to identify top talent
• Collaborate with the team to share insights, refine sourcing strategies, and celebrate wins!

What’s in it for you?

• Employment Type: Permanent, full-time (paid as a contractor for tax benefits)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, with some overlap with U.S. hours
• Commissions: $500–$1,000+/month
• Medical coverage: Monthly stipend

What will you be doing?

• Build and manage candidate pipelines for new searches across 2-3 verticals (including tech and finance/accounting)
• Partner closely with 2–3 recruiters to understand role requirements, target markets, and sourcing priorities.
• Consistently meet or exceed sourcing metrics (qualified, high-quality submissions), and contribute directly to team hiring goals!
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and creative sourcing methods to identify top talent
• Collaborate with the team to share insights, refine sourcing strategies, and celebrate wins!
