Skills/Experience

• Excellent English communication skills, including negotiation and sales
• Proven track record of delivering hiring results
• Comfort with social media, Boolean searching, job boards, LinkedIn, and creative outreach strategies
• Ability to analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine the best match
• Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships
• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated and passionate
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Duties

• Represent the STAND 8 brand
• Maintain thorough knowledge of STAND 8 processes, industry standards, and client base
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and understand their career goals and opportunities
• Identify and connect with top IT talent through networks, referrals, and outreach
• Maintain accurate candidate and client information and provide excellent customer service
