At Publicis Sapient, we’re looking for aSenior Manager, Program Managementto lead alarge-scale Point of Sale (POS) transformation programfor one of the region’s leading retailers.

In this role, you will operate as anembedded, trusted delivery leader, partnering closely with client business and technology executives to drive a complex, multi-year transformation acrossPOS, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations.

This is a high-impact leadership role where success is measured not only by delivery, but bytangible business outcomes, operational efficiency, and elevated customer and associate experiences.

Your Impact

Enterprise Program Leadership

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of alarge-scale POS transformation program, from strategy and roadmap definition through execution and stabilization.
• Orchestrate multiple workstreams acrossPOS platforms, supply chain, store operations, integrations, and data ecosystems.
• Ensure alignment betweentechnology initiatives and business objectives, driving measurable value.

Client Partnership & Leadership

• Act as theprimary delivery partner to client leadership, embedding within their organization and aligning on priorities, governance, and operating rhythms.
• Build trusted relationships withsenior stakeholders and executive sponsors, influencing decisions and driving alignment.
• Represent Publicis Sapient as acredible, strategic delivery leader.

Program Governance & Execution Excellence

• Establish and lead robustprogram governance frameworks, including roadmap planning, dependency management, and executive reporting.
• Proactively managerisks, scope, budget, timelines, and qualityacross a complex transformation landscape.
• Ensure transparency and accountability throughdata-driven reporting and KPIs.

Cross-Functional Orchestration

• Coordinate globally distributed teams acrossproduct, engineering, client teams, and third-party vendors.
• Drive alignment across multiple functions, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.
• Operate effectively inhybrid delivery environments (Agile at scale, SAFe, and hybrid models).

Value-Driven Transformation

• Ensure all initiatives are tied tobusiness outcomes, including scalability, operational efficiency, and improved customer and in-store experiences.
• Continuously optimize delivery approaches to enhancespeed, quality, and impact.

Responsibilities

Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of experienceleading large-scale, enterprise transformation programs.
• Proven track record deliveringPOS modernization or retail transformation initiativesin complex environments.
• Strong expertise inSupply Chain and Retail Operations, including integration with POS, inventory, fulfillment, and logistics systems.
• Demonstrated success managingmulti-year, multi-workstream programswith high business and technology complexity.
• Experience working inclient-embedded or staff augmentation models, partnering closely with client leadership teams.
• Deep expertise inprogram governance, financial management, risk mitigation, and delivery excellence.
• Strong experience engaging withexecutive stakeholders and steering committees, with the ability to influence without authority.
• Familiarity withAgile at scale (SAFe), hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models.
• Excellentcommunication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate complex delivery topics into clear executive insights.

**This is a Full- Time opportunity with all the statuary benefits per Mexican Law and is only available for candidates based in Mexico City as it requieres going to the office twice a week.**
