Paystand, a leading fintech with blockchain-enabled B2B payments technology, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of our core payments platform. You will bridge technical complexity and user value, unblock engineers, manage tight release cycles, and drive the velocity of the product roadmap.

You will collaborate across teams to optimize payment workflows, ensure reliability, and drive partner integrations while maintaining compliance and security across global payments.

Formación

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or complex platform environments.
• Operator mindset: builder who works with engineers to solve blockers.
• Technical fluency: comfortable with APIs, data schemas, and cloud-native architectures.
• Execution track record of shipping complex features in high-velocity environments.
• Ability to decompose complex financial workflows into manageable components.

Responsabilidades

• Payment Workflow Optimization: manage end-to-end B2B payment workflows across acquiring and issuing to maximize speed and efficiency.
• Infrastructure & Transaction Success: improve core payment infrastructure reliability and performance.
• Partner Management: evaluate, negotiate, and integrate payment service providers.
• KPIs & OKRs: define KPIs and OKRs for the area.
• Lifecycle Innovation: drive features improving the entire payment lifecycle, including automation and reconciliation.
• Payment Integration & Partner Strategy: work with engineering and partners to improve gateway integrations and APIs.
• Compliance & Security: oversee compliance and security standards across channels and integrations.
