Félix, a rapidly growing fintech, is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Payouts team. You will own the execution layer, ensuring safe and efficient money movement and coordinating across Product, Engineering, and Business Operations.

This high-ownership role requires operational rigor, data precision, and scalable processes. You’ll drive end-to-end integrations, monitor rails, manage outages, and ensure new capabilities land cleanly.

Formación

• 2–4+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, product management, analytics, fintech, technology, or related experience.
• Advanced use of BI tools and strong analytical skills (SQL proficiency is a plus).
• Energized by process and precision, you break complex problems into repeatable systems.
• Native or professional fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency for internal collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• New Integrations: Own end-to-end integration, testing, and validation of new payout rails from kickoff through launch.
• Rail & Provider Health: Monitor payment rail status and provider availability; elevate issues before users are affected.
• Disaster Recovery: Lead operational response during outages and coordinate teams to restore services.
• Post-Launch Monitoring: Set up monitoring after each rail or feature ships and improve product quality.
• Ongoing Execution: Manage cross-functional requests, scope work, and prepare engineering-ready tickets.
• Runbook Documentation: Create SOPs to enable faster incident response and delegation to Operations.
