Amazon Mexico's co-branded credit card program is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end development from launch through scale, spanning financial services, retail, and partnerships.

You will define strategy, roadmaps, onboarding, rewards, and lifecycle, coordinating with tech, legal, finance, marketing, risk, and data science to deliver the Minimum Lovable Product and drive growth.

Formación

• 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience as a product manager or owner
• Experience owning technology products
• Speak and write in English

Responsabilidades

• Own business strategy and go-to-market strategy for Amazon Mexico's co-branded credit card program
• Own the long-term product roadmap for credit card customer experience including application flow, onboarding, rewards, installments, and lifecycle management
• Drive cross-functional execution by partnering with tech, legal, finance, CorpBD, marketing, design, risk, and data science teams to deliver the credit card Minimum Lovable Product and scale
• Own program metrics and report regularly to senior leadership on progress, risks, and financial performance
• Negotiate with banks, payment networks, and regulators to achieve the long-term product vision while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Develop targeting strategies for customer acquisition, optimizing approval rates and application funnels
• Construct mechanisms to ensure customer feedback is understood and acted on; serve as the subject matter expert on CBCC customer experience
• Coordinate with global CBCC teams to leverage best practices and shared tech infrastructure
