Félix is seeking a Compliance Operations Project Manager to drive execution across the compliance roadmap in a fast-growing fintech environment. You’ll translate strategic priorities into concrete, trackable projects and partner with Engineering, Legal, and Product to ship initiatives that strengthen compliance operations.
In this role, you’ll own end-to-end delivery, monitor risks, and maintain a coherent roadmap with the Compliance Ops Manager.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Law.
- 3–5 years in Compliance or Risk Ops with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong AML/KYC knowledge in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in SQL; experience with Persona and other IDV tools.
Responsabilidades
- Lead end-to-end compliance projects with scoping, stakeholders, and delivery.
- Coordinate across Engineering, Legal, Product, and external partners.
- Maintain a live project tracker with status, risks, owners, and deadlines.
- Identify blockers and ensure on-time delivery within compliance guardrails.
- Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and track progress.
