Mondelēz International Mexico is seeking a Maintenance expert to lead planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance in a continuous improvement manufacturing setting. You will manage through technical and non-technical teams, contractors, and operations personnel to drive SQCDSM targets.

The role focuses on owning technology, centerline settings, PM systems, and R&M budget for the lines, and developing preventive maintenance plans.

Formación

• Experience leading maintenance planning in a manufacturing facility.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, AM and PM concepts.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance elements.
• Own the maintenance centerline settings, PM systems, and KPI tracking.
• Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance plans.
• Coach technicians and build their maintenance capabilities.
• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams for improvements and cost reduction.
