AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and maintain backend services and frontend interfaces for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will develop REST APIs in Python (FastAPI or Flask), build responsive React/TypeScript frontends, manage PostgreSQL schemas, and use AI-assisted tools to improve development without sacrificing maintainability.

Formación

• 5-7 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI or Flask) and TypeScript/React.
• Relational databases with PostgreSQL and migrations.
• Experience with REST APIs and migrating from GraphQL when needed.
• Data-heavy applications with large datasets and performance-sensitive queries.
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools with careful judgment.
• Proficient in Mac/Linux terminal (bash and Makefiles).
• Ability to defend a technical position to stakeholders for scalable, maintainable solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable backend services (REST APIs) and responsive frontend interfaces with React/TypeScript.
• Surface, validate, and resolve data issues from data lake, ETL pipelines, or model outputs.
• Package and manage applications using Docker.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools while ensuring long-term maintainability.
• Engage directly with client engineers to clarify requirements and avoid quick fixes.
• Collaborate daily with client engineers via Slack and Google Meet.
