AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and maintain backend services and frontend interfaces for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will develop REST APIs in Python using FastAPI or Flask, and craft responsive React/TypeScript frontends, while managing PostgreSQL schemas and migrations.

You will work with AI-assisted development tools and collaborate with engineers to define problems, gather context, and deliver maintainable solutions in a dynamic, ad hoc

Formación

• 5–7 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI or Flask) and TypeScript/React.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and database migrations.
• Comfortable with REST APIs; able to migrate away from legacy GraphQL when needed.
• Demonstrated experience building or maintaining data-heavy applications.
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools with judgment to push back when needed.
• High comfort in a Mac/Linux terminal environment (Bash, Makefiles).
• Strong soft skills: defend technical opinions and balance quick fixes with maintainable solutions.
• Comfort with ambiguity: define problems, gather context, and frame work before solving.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable backend services (REST APIs) and responsive frontend interfaces (React/TypeScript).
• Build interfaces and services that surface, validate, and resolve issues in data from data lake, ETL pipelines, health-check logic, or model outputs.
• Package and manage applications using Docker.
• Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) and critically evaluate outputs for long-term maintainability.
• Drive conversations with engineers to clarify requirements beyond quick fixes.
• Work daily alongside engineers over Slack and Google Meet.
