Benchmark Gensuite is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Associate in Aguascalientes, MX, a hybrid full-time role. You will combine technical guidance with outstanding customer service to support a diverse client portfolio within our EHS, Sustainability, and ESG platforms.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service, strong PowerPoint/Excel skills, and excellent English communication. Travel flexibility and collaborative problem-solving are valued for this role.

Formación

• 1+ year of customer service experience required.
• Experience in technical assessments is highly desired.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Excellent English—spoken and written.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, multitasking environments.
• Strong listening, communication, and presentation skills.
• Empathetic, proactive problem-solver.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialized technical guidance and troubleshooting support to customers.
• Document technical findings, recommendations, and action plans to facilitate long-term customer support.
• Support Leadership team to achieve customer satisfaction and growth across a portfolio of customers.
• Assist drafting business requirements documentation for project specifications related to business analysis.
• Develop understanding of clients' operations and systems.
• Support Unit Leads with administrative tasks for customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer expectations.
