• 1+ year of experience in operations, coordination, administrative, or support functions.
• Proficient English communication skills, verbal and written (C1).
• Strong ability to track tasks, engage stakeholders, and drive items to closure.
• Proficiency in preparing reports, summaries, and structured documentation.
• Skilled in AI applications and receptive to innovative solutions.
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining accurate and complete system updates and operational data.
• Clear written and verbal communication with SRM teams and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with internal tools, CRM platforms, and shared tracking systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide structured reporting and system updates to internal teams.
• Track risks and support issues while ensuring documentation remains current.
• Coordinate proactively across SRM, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate data in core systems to support strategic decisions.
• Operating the AI Agents / Tools for the assigned responsibilities.
