Job summary
Cisco ThousandEyes is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as the primary advocate for assigned accounts, analyzing network performance data to drive business outcomes and platform adoption. You will collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure value realization and satisfaction.
Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in customer-facing technical roles, experience with cloud and networking, and strong communication skills for executive reviews and technical health
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of related experience or higher.
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role (TAM, Solutions Eng, or PS).
- Experience with application and network protocols (HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, BGP).
- Experience administering Linux systems and reading logs.
- Experience with network performance analysis solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex network performance data to provide actionable insights.
- Lead periodic business reviews and technical health check-ins with cross-functional teams.
- Drive platform adoption and measurable value realization, impacting retention.
- Serve as the primary advocate for assigned accounts and customer success.
