Job summary

Cisco ThousandEyes is seeking a bold, customer-focused Technical Account Manager to act as the primary advocate for assigned accounts, guiding them through complex network intelligence solutions.

You will analyze performance data, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive platform adoption and measurable value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field and 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and BGP.
• Experience administering Linux systems and diagnosing network issues.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary advocate for assigned accounts and drive platform adoption.
• Analyze network performance data to provide actionable insights.
• Lead periodic business reviews with Engineering, Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
• Ensure customer value realization and high retention.
