Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as TAM, Solutions Engineering, or Professional Services.
• Experience with application and network performance analysis solutions.
• Experience administering Linux systems and reading logs.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary advocate for assigned accounts and drive platform adoption.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to lead business reviews.
• Analyze network performance data to provide actionable insights.
