Rockwell Automation in Mexico City is seeking a strategic Technology Partner Manager with deep experience in Industrial Automation to grow the partner ecosystem and drive revenue.

You will manage the full partner lifecycle across OEMs, distributors, and SIs, collaborate with sales and product teams on joint go-to-market initiatives, and lead enablement, performance reviews, and executive relationship building.

Formación

• Advanced English required for global collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• 7+ years in Industrial Automation, Technology Partnerships or Ecosystem Management.
• Experience with OEMs, distributors and system integrators in industrial markets.
• Proven ability to develop partner programs and drive ecosystem growth.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with technology vendors, system integrators, and ecosystem partners.
• Identify new business opportunities through partner relationships and technology alliances.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create joint go-to-market strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Drive partner enablement, training, and certification programs.
• Coordinate joint marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and customer engagements.
• Monitor partner performance using KPIs and develop improvement plans when necessary.
