Rockwell Automation seeks a strategic Technology Partner Manager with deep experience in Industrial Automation to manage technology partnerships that drive growth. You will oversee partner lifecycle, joint business planning, enablement, and executive relationships across OEMs, distributors, SIs, and cloud providers.

The role requires 7+ years in related fields, strong English, and the ability to build joint offerings and co-sell motions that expand Rockwell solutions and customer value.

Formación

  • Advanced level of English.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7+ years in Industrial Automation, Technology Partnerships, Business Development, Partner Programs, or Ecosystem Management.
  • Knowledge of OEMs, Industrial Distributors, SIs, Technology Alliance Partners, and Cloud Service Providers.
  • Experience developing Technology Partner Programs and ecosystem growth strategies.
  • Experience with Rockwell Automation's portfolio and solutions.
  • Ability to identify how partner technologies complement Rockwell solutions and create customer value.
  • Experience building partner-generated pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience creating joint solution offerings, reference architectures, and co-sell motions.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with technology vendors, system integrators, and ecosystem partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities through partner relationships and technology alliances.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive partner enablement, training, and certification programs.
  • Coordinate joint marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and customer engagements.
  • Monitor partner performance using KPIs and develop improvement plans when necessary.
  • Support revenue growth by generating leads, pipeline opportunities, and co-selling initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to identify partnership opportunities.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure successful integration of partner technologies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technology partners and elevate issues when needed.
  • Track partnership outcomes and provide regular reports to leadership.

Job Description: Technology Partner

You will report to: VP, Production Logistics & Technology Integrator. Job's workplace type: Hybrid. Located in Mexico: Mexico City and Monterrey. We are looking for a strategic Technology Partner Manager with deep experience in the Industrial Automation ecosystem and a track record managing technology partnerships that increase business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of OEMs, Distributors, System Integrators (SIs), Technology Partners, and Cloud Providers. This knowledge will be accompanied by a strong understanding of how partner ecosystems contribute to revenue generation, solution development, and market expansion. You are able to manage the complete partner lifecycle, including partner strategy, technology programs, joint business planning, partner enablement, performance management, and executive relationship development.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Advanced level of English
  • Bachelor's degree required (Mandatory)
  • 7+ years of experience in Industrial Automation, Technology Partnerships, Business Development, Partner Programs, or Ecosystem Management.
  • Knowledge of the Industrial Automation market, including: OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), Industrial Distributors, System Integrators (SIs), Technology Alliance Partners, Cloud Service Providers (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)
  • Experience developing Technology Partner Programs and ecosystem growth strategies.
  • Experience with Rockwell Automation's portfolio, including: FactoryTalk Software Suite, Industrial DataOps and Digital Transformation solutions, Control Systems and Architectures, Information Software, Industrial Networking, Smart Manufacturing and Connected Enterprise projects
  • Identify how partner technologies complement Rockwell Automation solutions and create customer value.
  • Experience with expertise building partner-generated pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience creating joint solution offerings, reference architectures, and co-sell motions between organizations.

You should be highly familiar with measuring and managing Technology Partner success through measurements such as:

Technical & Industry Knowledge

You should understand:

  • Industrial Control Systems and Automation Architecture
  • Manufacturing Operations MES, SCADA, HMI, PLC, and Industrial Software solutions
  • Digital Transformation initiatives in manufacturing environments
  • Cloud-based industrial solutions and Industrial IoT ecosystems
  • Industrial cybersecurity considerations
  • Technology integration between Rockwell Automation solutions and partner offerings
