Rockwell Automation seeks a strategic Technology Partner Manager with deep experience in Industrial Automation to manage technology partnerships that drive growth. You will oversee partner lifecycle, joint business planning, enablement, and executive relationships across OEMs, distributors, SIs, and cloud providers.

The role requires 7+ years in related fields, strong English, and the ability to build joint offerings and co-sell motions that expand Rockwell solutions and customer value.

Formación

• Advanced level of English.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in Industrial Automation, Technology Partnerships, Business Development, Partner Programs, or Ecosystem Management.
• Knowledge of OEMs, Industrial Distributors, SIs, Technology Alliance Partners, and Cloud Service Providers.
• Experience developing Technology Partner Programs and ecosystem growth strategies.
• Experience with Rockwell Automation's portfolio and solutions.
• Ability to identify how partner technologies complement Rockwell solutions and create customer value.
• Experience building partner-generated pipeline and revenue.
• Experience creating joint solution offerings, reference architectures, and co-sell motions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with technology vendors, system integrators, and ecosystem partners.
• Identify new business opportunities through partner relationships and technology alliances.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create joint go-to-market strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Drive partner enablement, training, and certification programs.
• Coordinate joint marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and customer engagements.
• Monitor partner performance using KPIs and develop improvement plans when necessary.
• Support revenue growth by generating leads, pipeline opportunities, and co-selling initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to identify partnership opportunities.
• Work with technical teams to ensure successful integration of partner technologies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technology partners and elevate issues when needed.
• Track partnership outcomes and provide regular reports to leadership.
