Rockwell Automation is seeking a strategic Technology Partner Manager to advance partnerships with OEMs, distributors, SIs, and cloud providers. The role requires deep knowledge of industrial automation ecosystems and a proven track record in growing technology partnerships and revenue.

You will manage the full partner lifecycle, drive joint go-to-market strategies, enable partner programs, and coordinate executive relationships.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 7+ years in Industrial Automation, technology partnerships, business development, or ecosystem management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with technology vendors, system integrators, and ecosystem partners.
• Identify new business opportunities through partner relationships and technology alliances.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create joint go-to-market strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Drive partner enablement, training, and certification programs.
• Coordinate joint marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and customer engagements.
• Monitor partner performance using KPIs and develop improvement plans when necessary.
• Support revenue growth by generating leads, pipeline opportunities, and co-selling initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to identify partnership opportunities.
• Work with technical teams to ensure successful integration of partner technologies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technology partners and escalate issues when needed.
• Track partnership outcomes and provide regular reports to leadership.
