Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead in cybersecurity to design and enforce secure architectures for a multi-tenant SaaS platform. You will own IAM policies, encryption strategies, and tenant isolation, while defining audit, logging, and incident response frameworks.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to implement least-privilege access and zero-trust principles, leveraging AWS IAM, KMS, Cognito, and related tools. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degrees in CS/IT or related field.
• Experience shaping security architecture for multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on with AWS IAM, KMS, Cognito and VPC security.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and IEC 62443 standards.
• Ability to lead security initiatives and collaborate with engineering teams.

• Define and implement end-to-end security architecture for a multi-tenant SaaS platform
• Own IAM policies, KMS encryption strategy, tenant isolation models (namespace-based)
• Design security controls for API access, data segregation, and platform services
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, IEC 62443, and cloud security best practices
• Work closely with engineering teams to enforce secure-by-design development
• Define audit, logging, monitoring, and incident response frameworks
• Implement least-privilege access and zero-trust architecture principles
• Hands-on experience with AWS IAM, KMS, Cognito, VPC security, and security tooling
• Experience in securing external SaaS platforms with sensitive IP data
