Salesforce, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Manager, Technical Consulting to lead the Global Delivery Centre's technical consulting team. You will mentor architects and consultants, drive enterprise-grade solutions, and partner with delivery managers to ensure successful customer outcomes.

You will balance hands-on architecture with people leadership, oversee 15+ staff, and advance the Industries Cloud practice while adhering to Agile methods and Salesforce security standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading Salesforce technical consulting projects and hands-on delivery.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• 3+ years implementing enterprise software; Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin/Developer) desirable; strong English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Technical Consultants and Solution Architects on Industries Cloud projects.
• Deliver technical work at a senior level and guide architectural decisions.
• Drive enterprise architecture governance and program roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Lead workshops, manage risks, and ensure high CSAT and outcomes.
