Concentrix Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Teams Customer Engineer (bilingual English) for a remote role in Mexico. You will work directly with customers to understand Teams requirements, deploy and optimize Teams, and integrate related Microsoft 365 services.
Strong English and deep Teams expertise are essential for success. The role emphasizes advanced voice/telephony configurations, deployment experience, and customer-focused stakeholder communication in a global delivery
Qualifications
- 10+ years in customer-facing roles in IT, with Teams or similar platforms
- Experience with Teams administration, user management, policies, and compliance
- Proven ability to deploy, configure, and customize Teams and related apps
- Strong knowledge of voice, calling, and telephony integration in Teams
- Experience delivering technical workshops and webinars to customers
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to capture Teams requirements and provide expert guidance
- Deliver technical solutions ensuring optimal Teams performance and reliability
- Assist in deployment, configuration, and customization of Teams and related apps
- Document solutions, best practices, and troubleshooting steps for internal and customer use
