Impact Advisors Mexico is seeking a proactive Recruiting Sourcer to research talent markets, identify qualified candidates, and build targeted pipelines. You’ll proactively identify candidates through LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other channels, while keeping detailed ATS records and ensuring recruiter-ready profiles.

• Ability to receive feedback and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Interest in growing within talent acquisition and recruiting operations.

Responsabilités

• Proactively identify candidates through LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Build targeted candidate lists based on defined skills, experience, location, and other position requirements.
• Develop talent pools for high-volume, recurring, difficult-to-fill, and priority roles.
• Re-engage qualified candidates already available in the company’s database when appropriate.
