Astreya Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist II to aggressively source and recruit top candidates for management and craft roles.

You will leverage job postings, social media, and existing staff to build a strong talent pipeline. The role requires a high-energy, innovative professional who can manage postings, screenings, scheduling, and candidate communications, while expanding our reach through social platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; 5–8 years of related experience.
• Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
• Experience using social media to attract and engage active and passive talent.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed knowledge of the company’s culture to create a unique and comprehensive hiring strategy.
• Communicate and embrace career development opportunities Astreya embodies.
• Receive and manage all incoming applications to determine qualified candidate pools.
• Facilitate initial communications and screening interviews so managers meet only the most qualified candidates.
• Proactively communicate with Astreya managers to utilize the employee database and expand reach.
• Complete daily HR duties including postings, sourcing, referrals, interviews, offers, and handoffs.
• Create and manage social media postings related to recruitment and company culture.
• Research current recruiting strategies and refine ours to stay cutting edge.
• Coordinate travel for potential candidates for interviews.
• Attend and/or facilitate career fairs at universities or other venues.
• Other duties as required.
