Job summary

3Pillar Global, Inc. is seeking a Talent Relations Specialist to coordinate employee relations, maintain records, and support local and global Talent initiatives. The role collaborates with Latam Talent and finance teams and manages HRIS data to ensure compliant and efficient processes.

Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding documentation, benefits administration, and advising employees on policies and labor law. A hybrid work arrangement is supported in this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates employee relations programs and policies, handling questions and grievances.
• Maintains employee relations records.
• Collaborates with Latam Talent Team on compliance projects.
• Prepares payroll data with the finance team.
• Maintains employee files per policy and legal requirements.
• Issues onboarding, job changes, leaves and offboarding documents.
• Ensures compliance with local Labour Code requirements.
• Updates HRIS (Workday) data and improves processes.
• Administers benefits and local Talent operational needs.
• Provides day-to-day advice on Talent, Benefits, policies, and labor law.
• Prepares Talent-specific reports.
• Identifies process improvements and best practices.
• Participates in local and global Talent innovation programs.
