Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Talent Management Coordinator to support the Vector Talent Management team. The role focuses on coordinating talent processes, data accuracy across multiple systems, and delivering efficient talent programs.

You will work closely with the Talent Manager and Head of Talent Management to support operations and reporting. The ideal candidate has foundational Human Capital experience, is highly organized, proactive, and eager to grow into HC Business Partner roles within a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Human Capital, Talent Management, Recruiting, HR Operations, or related coordination role.
• Demonstrated interest in building a career in Talent Management or Human Capital.
• Experience supporting HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, or related programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to Talent Manager and Head of Talent Management.
• Coordinate Talent Management activities and ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
• Maintain accurate talent data across systems (FRODOW, Fusion, ADVANCE, OW Balance).
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and communications using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Support learning and development initiatives and talent programs.
• Assist with calibration sessions and talent reviews.
