Job summary

Oliver Wyman, a Marsh business, seeks a Talent Management Coordinator to support the Talent Manager and Head of Talent Management. You will coordinate Talent Management processes, maintain data accuracy across systems, support specialists and leaders, and help ensure talent programs run efficiently.

This role offers exposure to Talent Management and HC and requires strong organization, responsiveness, and learning mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
1–3 years in HR, Human Capital, Talent Management, or related coordination roles.
Demonstrated interest in building a career in Talent Management/Human Capital.
Experience supporting HR processes, lifecycle activities, recruiting, or learning and development is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Talent Manager and Head of Talent Management.
Coordinate Talent Management activities and ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
Support learning and development initiatives and track training completion.
Maintain accurate data across systems and produce reports for stakeholders.
Prepare materials for calibration sessions and talent review meetings.
Support performance management processes and system navigation.
