Placements24 is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a fully remote team supporting operations near Tijuana, Baja California. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, focusing on high-volume roles within a global BPO context, and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in talent acquisition, excels at sourcing through diverse channels, and can work independently in a remote setting while delivering a positive candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• At least 3 years in talent acquisition with high-volume hiring.
• Proven sourcing across channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals).
• Experience with ATS and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Remote work experience in a BPO environment.

Our client, a global BPO services provider, is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their remote team, supporting operations in Tijuana, Baja California. This role is essential for attracting and securing top talent to meet the growing demands of their international clientele. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on high-volume hiring and specialized roles within the BPO sector. The ideal candidate is proactive, possesses excellent sourcing skills, and is adept at building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
