Danfoss is seeking a CVM AP Manager to lead the Central Vendor Master Administration team, ensuring data quality and governance across SAP and MDG, enabling procurement, finance and operations to operate with trusted supplier information.

This hybrid role is based in Apodaca, MX, with several days in the office weekly. You will mentor staff, drive data lifecycle improvements, and partner with stakeholders worldwide to advance data governance and automation initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in master data management, procurement operations, or shared services, including team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, SAP MDG, ERP systems, and vendor master data governance.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions, regions, and levels.
• Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in English.

The Impact You'll Make

As the CVM AP Manager, you will lead a team responsible for maintaining the quality, accuracy, and integrity of vendor master data that supports business operations across Danfoss globally. Your leadership will help ensure that procurement, finance, and operational teams can rely on trusted data to make informed decisions and execute critical business processes efficiently.

You will play a key role in shaping how vendor master data is governed, managed, and continuously improved. By combining people leadership with process excellence, you will drive operational performance, strengthen data governance, and support the ongoing development of SAP, Master Data Governance (MDG), and automation capabilities across the organization. This is an opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across functions and regions, and create meaningful impact through high-quality data management and continuous improvement initiatives.

The job requires a hybrid arrangement; you will work a few days per week at the Danfoss office in Apodaca, Carretera Miguel Aleman 162.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and develop the Central Vendor Master Administration team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee the end-to-end vendor master data lifecycle across SAP and MDG systems, ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and adherence to governance standards.
• Drive data quality, automation, and process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, standardization, and operational effectiveness.
• Partner with procurement, finance, IT, and business stakeholders to resolve complex issues, support projects, and enhance vendor master data processes globally.
• Monitor team performance, workload, service levels, and key metrics, ensuring timely resolution of requests, incidents, and data-related inquiries while supporting business continuity.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in master data management, procurement operations, finance operations, or shared services, including experience leading or mentoring teams.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, SAP MDG, ERP systems, and vendor master data governance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions, regions, and organizational levels.
• Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in English.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving, planning, and prioritization skills.
