Danfoss GmbH in Apodaca, MX is hiring a Customer Quality Engineer Jr. You will support the Quality team by analyzing data, following up on customer complaints, and helping improve customer satisfaction through timely responses.

Key tasks include analyzing complaint KPIs, using 8D, 5 Whys and Ishikawa to identify root causes, and coordinating containment actions with internal teams and external partners. Advanced English, a bachelor's in engineering, and 1–2 years in quality roles are required.

• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 1–2 years of experience in quality functions.
• Proven experience in customer quality, manufacturing quality, or engineering roles with direct exposure to complaint handling.

The Impact You'll Make

As our new Customer Quality Engineer Jr., you will support the Quality team by analyzing data, following up on quality related activities, analysis and resolution of customer complaints, ensuring timely responses and help improve customer satisfaction

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyzing customer complaint KPIs such as PPMs and response time.

• Analyzing and following up on customer complaints using problemsolving tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa diagrams to identify root causes.

• Monitoring and tracking corrective actions derived from customer complaints, verifying their proper implementation and effectiveness.

• Supporting customer communication regarding complaint status and implemented actions.

• Coordinate and participate in containment actions and inspectionswith internal teams and external partners to protect customers quickly

What We're Looking For

• Advanced English (written and spoken).

• Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving mindset.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical field.

• 1-2 yearsof experience in quality functions
