Danfoss Climate Solutions Segment is seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer for on-site work in Apodaca, MX.

You will help ensure products meet customer expectations and industry standards, strengthening manufacturing quality and supporting continuous improvements across production and engineering teams. Your role involves leading quality processes, establishing control plans, and solving complex quality issues through robust methodologies.

Formación

• Experience applying core quality tools such as PPAP, MSA, Control Plans, PFMEA, calibration systems, and manufacturing work instructions.
• Experience supporting quality processes within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills using structured methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone Analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Support and improve quality management processes and audits to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate the use of quality tools across manufacturing processes to strengthen process stability and product quality.
• Establish and maintain quality control plans and inspection points to ensure consistent production performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement quality requirements for new products and process changes before release.
• Lead and support root cause investigations, corrective actions, and preventive actions to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
