Job summary

Gordian Staffing Careers is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our remote recruitment team. You will post roles across multiple boards, manage candidate flow, and communicate effectively with hiring managers to fill vacancies.

The role emphasizes high-volume recruitment, strong English skills, and familiarity with job platforms (Indeed, Monster, Craigslist). After a 3-month probation, additional benefits like medical insurance, vouchers, and a savings plan are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous high-volume recruitment experience required.
• Strong English skills (verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to leverage technology systems for applicant procurement, tracking, and management.
• Familiarity with job platform sites such as Indeed, Monster.com, or Craigslist.
• LinkedIn Recruiter platform experience is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Administer posting open positions and ensure cross-posting to required job boards internally and externally.
• Maintain an accurate and consistent Applicant Flow Log and disposition candidates as necessary.
• Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure candidates are receiving appropriate communication.
• Evaluate resumes against job requirements.
• Conduct pre-screening of potential candidates.
• Schedule secondary interviews with the hiring team and follow up with the hiring manager.
• Prepare offer letters and initiate new hire paperwork.
• Ensure Employment Laws and Company Policies are adhered to during the recruitment process.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to support current and future staffing needs.
• Create job descriptions for new roles to the organization as they are needed.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday

• Standard time: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM CST
• Daylight saving: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST

This is a remote position, in case you get selected you'll need to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.
