Job summary

Knorr-Bremse is looking for a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team at the Acuña campus. This six-month assignment focuses on sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and recruitment administration to meet staffing needs.

You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and recruiting systems.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for hourly and salaried positions.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate information in ATS and recruiting tools.
• Provide administrative support and ensure timely candidate communication.
• Support project-based and critical hiring initiatives.
