Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting efforts in Mexico. The role partners with the recruitment team to compile offer letters, process background checks, assist with job postings, and take on related projects.

We value three+ years in HR or recruitment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask with urgency. You will handle background checks, I-9 processing, onboarding support, and participate in talent analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
• Three or more years of relevant talent acquisition or talent management experience.
• Experience organizing multiple projects while delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and diplomatically.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across levels and channels.
• Technologically savvy with Microsoft Office products; Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition activities including sourcing, scheduling, offer generation, and onboarding support.
• Assist in communications and engagement projects to drive corporate culture.
• Draft colleague communications for talent initiatives on the intranet.
• Process and track background checks and I-9 documents to ensure compliant onboarding.
• Contribute to talent review, succession planning, and analytics reporting.
