Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting efforts in Mexico. You will partner with the recruitment team to compile offer letters, process background checks, assist with job postings, and tackle various HR projects.

Candidates should have 3+ years in HR or recruitment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will contribute to talent reviews, onboarding support, and background check processing,

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in business administration, HR, or recruitment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Experience handling confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of the yearly talent review and succession planning process, including communications, updating presentations, and tracking activities.
• Assist in communications and engagement projects to drive culture.
• Draft colleague communications for talent initiatives for the intranet.
• Support talent acquisition: sourcing, scheduling, offer generation, and onboarding support.
• Process and track all background checks and I-9 documents for compliant onboarding.
• Lead ad hoc projects such as job description audits, competency interviews, analytics reporting, and virtual workshops.
