This role serves as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for Spanish-speaking Latin America, supporting hiring strategies and talent acquisition initiatives across multiple countries in the region (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru). In this position, you'll attract top talent to ADP by implementing best practices in recruiting strategy. You'll create, roll out, and execute complex recruiting projects to deliver meaningful results across Latin America partnering with business leaders and stakeholders throughout the region.
