Levi Strauss & Co. in Mexico City is seeking an Engineer I, Systems Reliability Engineer to support our Foundations/Job Scheduling team.

You will provide end-to-end production support for enterprise batch scheduling and workload automation, ensuring services run reliably and incidents are resolved quickly. Reporting to the Operations Lead LATAM, you will triage issues with high-priority incidents, monitor schedules and health, and create runbooks to help the team operate consistently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT production support or application operations.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise job-scheduling platforms.
• Familiarity with ITSM incident, problem, change management.
• Calm, process-driven approach during live incidents.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-to-end production support for enterprise scheduling systems.
• Resolve incidents quickly and perform root-cause analysis.
• Monitor batch health, schedules, and alerts.
• Create runbooks and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate changes with application and infrastructure teams.
