Job summary

You will lead client meetings, develop improvement plans, and ensure data quality using ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager, Deepki, and the GRESB Portal. Strong English/Spanish skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Environmental Science, Environmental Policy or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum five years of experience in sustainability consulting, reporting or operations in CRE.
• Experience with real estate investment management and sustainability program implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GRESB submissions for client funds and assets.
• Build multi-year GRESB improvement plans with score targets.
• Analyze GRESB results and benchmarks to identify gaps and recommend actions.
• Engage with asset managers and sustainability coordinators to gather data and drive strategy.
• Coordinate client meetings to gather information and present findings.
