Job summary

CBRE Health, Safety and Environment Manager in Mexico City will design and implement health, safety, and environmental programs for small to medium-sized clients. You will drive compliance and foster a proactive culture across client accounts.

Responsibilities include risk monitoring, regulatory tracking, and using Tableau/Power BI dashboards to optimize safety outcomes. A bilingual English/Spanish capability is mandatory, with CBRE offering a competitive salary, bonus potential, and growth

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel).
Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).
Experience with dashboard tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with EHS software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Promote a proactive safety culture to influence stakeholders and ensure compliance.
Assist with implementing and reviewing playbooks and procedures for consistency and efficiency.
Manage initiatives to meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
Track operational and safety risks and develop strategic risk management plans.
Monitor injury, illness, and incident reports and provide prevention recommendations.
Monitor regulatory compliance and partner with management on strategic solutions.
Identify concerns with stakeholders and communicate findings to managers.
Lead by example and embody CBRE values to align with organizational goals.
Resolve day-to-day issues within existing systems and processes.
