Oracle in Mexico is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to serve as the primary contact for customers, troubleshoot issues in Oracle product families, and contribute to knowledge base content.

This role requires 3–5+ years of experience, English and Spanish fluency, and no visa sponsorship. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage AI tooling, and help improve support processes.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of experience in technical support.
• Experience with Oracle product(s) support.
• English and Spanish language proficiency.
• No visa sponsorship available for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a point of contact for customers via phone, email, or in-person.
• Provide technical support by troubleshooting and resolving known issues related to Oracle product(s).
• Document activities and begin creating Knowledge Base articles and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with internal teams to report issues and contribute to resolutions.
• Leverage automation/tools to discover root causes and propose process improvements.
