Flex in Mexico is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to drive continuous improvement across the Supply Chain and Logistics team in Aguascalientes. The role focuses on cost reduction, process efficiency, and coaching the NPI supply chain.
The successful candidate will manage material cost reviews, implement sourcing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Fluent English and strong communication are essential.
Formación
- Bachelor's Degree as required.
- Advanced English is required.
- Experience with inventory level targets.
- Experience in high-pressure environments.
- Experience with pricing, quality and reliable products.
- Experience with an ERP system.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team-oriented and self-motivated.
- Detail oriented and well organized.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Responsabilidades
- Manage material cost reviews.
- Drive sourcing/pricing strategies in material quotations.
- Track material financial performance and issue corrective actions.
- Review procedures (distribution/inventory) for max efficiency or min cost.
- Lead the NPI supply chain with coaching and mentoring.
