Grupo Pesado Castro is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Leader to drive S&OP, procurement, logistics, and inventory control for manufacturing and automotive operations in Aguascalientes.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, applying SAP or Oracle ERP, Lean manufacturing, KPI management, and ICT tools; you will coordinate with international partners and suppliers to ensure uninterrupted production and timely delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• Graduate degree or specialization preferred.
• 5–8 years in leadership roles within manufacturing or automotive sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align demand and supply.
• Negotiate contracts, prices and agreements with suppliers (global or local).
• Oversee logistics, warehouses, inventories and customs procedures.
• Ensure uninterrupted production via timely supply and Just-in-Time/Just-in-Sequence planning.
