Flex in Mexico is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to drive continuous improvement across the Supply Chain and Logistics team in Aguascalientes. The role focuses on cost reduction, process efficiency, and coaching the NPI supply chain.

The successful candidate will manage material cost reviews, implement sourcing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Fluent English and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree as required.
• Advanced English is required.
• Experience with inventory level targets.
• Experience in high-pressure environments.
• Experience with pricing, quality and reliable products.
• Experience with an ERP system.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team-oriented and self-motivated.
• Detail oriented and well organized.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Supply Chain Supervisor located in Aguascalientes, Ags. This position will be responsible for driving continuous improvement to Flex Aguas´ Supply Chain and Logistics Team. Key to your success in this role will be your ability to be proactive in finding solutions and cost reduction opportunities.

What a typical day looks like

• Manage material cost review


• Drive sourcing/pricing strategies in materials quotations


• Track materials financial performance and issue corrective actions when required


• Review procedures, such as distribution or inventory management, to ensure maximum efficiency or minimum cost.


• Lead the NPI supply chain area providing coaching and mentoring to the team.
