Capgemini is seeking a Process Lead MRP in Mexico (Aguascalientes) to manage end-to-end inventory analytics, drive reduction targets, and set RPM norms. You will front discussions with factory material planners, apply RPA to delivery processes, and ensure supply collaboration to achieve KPIs.

Strong communication in English and cross-functional teamwork are essential. The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 2+ years in MRP/supply chain, with desirable certifications.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from top institutes.
• 2+ years experience in process lead MRP / supply chain responsibilities.
• Certifications/desirable memberships in relevant industry.

Responsabilidades

• End to End inventory analytics and reduction targets.
• Determine RPM norms.
• Lead discussions with Factory Material planners.
• Apply RPA to the existing delivery process.
• Foster supply collaboration and KPI delivery.
• Provide insights through management reports.
• Analyze plan failures and coordinate IT/workaround fixes.
• Collaborate with transition/transformation teams to implement best practices.
