Job summary

Littelfuse in the Altiplano Potosino region, San Luis Potosí, is seeking an HR Supervisor to act as a coach and strategic partner to the leadership team. You will support employee relations, talent management initiatives, internal communication, and deployment of our culture and values across the organization.

You will partner with leadership on HR matters, drive engagement, and ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations while supervising personnel and supporting development plans.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership on employee relations and HR matters.
• Implement and standardize internal communication initiatives.
• Support the deployment and compliance of Talent Management policies.
• Drive employee recognition and engagement strategies.
• Support workplace climate and employee engagement initiatives.
• Supervise assigned personnel and support development plans.
• Manage employee terminations in accordance with company policies.
• Follow up on NAVEX cases and ensure timely closure.
• Monitor compliance with Internal Work Regulations and applicable labor legislation.
• Support labor-related legal matters and interactions with labor authorities.
• Promote Compliance policies and the Littelfuse Code of Conduct.
